It is important to note, problems getting or keeping an erection can also be a sign of an underlying health condition that needs treatment and a risk factor for heart disease.
However, the most challenging outcome of this issue is it can cause stress, affect your self-confidence, and contribute to relationship problems.
What causes it?
The problem can be physical issue, so it is always worthwhile to talk with your doctor. Common physical problems can be linked to heart conditions or blood flow problems, as well diabetes, blood pressure concerns, and heaps more. So don’t be shy to talk to your doctor about it.
Also, commonly it is stress that causes this problem. It can start simple and grow into some real mental blocks to getting it up and keeping it up. So, if the physical has been worked out it is worthwhile exploring some ‘crazy head chatter’ that just might be affecting your performance…
