  • Exploring life issues with the hope to gain resolution, developing new strategies, and/or increasing self-awareness.

  • Build a plan to have for fulfilling lived experience.

So, what actually is holistic psychotherapy counselling? 

Holistic psychotherapy, an integrative approach that focuses on personal growth and development.  


It honours the inter-relationship between mind, body, and spirit, attempting to understand and address the ways issues in one aspect of a person can lead to concerns in other areas…

How does it work?

There are many different approaches to counselling, and I tend to be a strong believer that no one size fits all, so in our time together we will develop a model of coaching support designed to engage you so that we can help discover your true potential.

Individual or group?

Counselling is a discipline we can provide in a group setting or a one-on-one model.  Each approach has its benefits.
