Service Description
Yoga For Strength and Toning is a class that focuses on the activation of various muscle groups to build strength and vitality in the body while toning and sculpting the major muscle groups. All postures and movements are taught carefully and mindfully in the class so as to prevent any injuries while allowing the body to heal from existing aches and pains. Having stronger muscular activation equals less burden on the articulations and joints, so you can move more freely, with lightness and awareness.
Cancellation Policy
