Service Description

In this colour circles session, we will explore the importance of planning ahead as we focus on priorities in manageable time frames. Discussions will focus on methods to hone your focus and manage yourself so that you can master the art to achieve more in less time… What is the Colour Circles model? Colour Circles provides a space to explore creative expression with others. We offer opportunities to relate to others in a safe therapeutic space, and the potential to gain insight into how our thoughts, dynamics, and ways of relating play out with others’ insights shared. What is the medium used? In this session we shall work from a clay play engagement, so come prepared to get your hands dirty! Note: All resources and materials, plus tea and coffee are included in the price.
