You know we need to use the past and the present to shape our futures? This colour circles discussion explores our lives in the context of here and now, connecting to our achievements and challenging ourselves to learn from past mistakes empowering us to move forward… What is the Colour Circles model? Colour Circles provides a space to explore creative expression with others. We offer opportunities to relate to others in a safe therapeutic space, and the potential to gain insight into how our thoughts, dynamics, and ways of relating play out with others’ insights shared. What is the medium used? In this session we shall work from a colour books engagement, so come prepared to get your hands dirty! Note: All resources and materials, plus tea and coffee are included in the price.
