There is something quietly powerful about continuing. Putting one foot in front of the other. Literally.
This week I’ve been thinking about resilience as something lived rather than announced. Movement can be part of that, not because walking solves everything, but because sometimes it helps us carry the day a little differently.

Sometimes movement is a reset. Sometimes it is a walk to move the mood along. Sometimes it is stretching because your shoulders have been auditioning for the role of “brick wall.” Sometimes it is dancing badly in the kitchen because no one is watching, or because they are, and frankly that is their problem.
