Fit for Sex gay men's group is an open small peer coaching session using hypnosis and open-ended counselling. This approach is a powerful tool for men looking to improve their sexual confidence, address sexual concerns, and experience greater pleasure and fulfillment in their intimate relationships. Through group hypnosis sessions and coaching counselling, men can receive support and guidance from peers and professionals, and work through shared sexual concerns in a safe and non-judgmental space.
