Shane, I need a brief moment between sessions.

Service Description

This call back request is for existing clients who need to briefly connect with Shane outside of their scheduled counselling, coaching, hypnotherapy, supervision or mentoring sessions. It may be used when you need to clarify something from a recent session, ask a brief question, discuss scheduling, or request guidance about whether an additional appointment may be needed. This is not a replacement for a formal session and is not intended for complex therapeutic work, crisis support, or urgent mental health care. If the matter requires more time, Shane may recommend booking a full session so the issue can be explored properly and safely. Please include a short note outlining what you would like Shane to call you about.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend scheduled meetings or cancel less then 12-hours in advance you may be subject to the full fee of the booking. Let's talk to work out what happened and how we can best assist you moving forward.
