A thoughtful, strategic and quietly ambitious space for LGBTQIA+ professionals who are building careers, leading teams, running businesses, navigating visibility and trying to succeed without sanding off the parts of themselves that make them interesting.
The Queer Professionals Leadership Circle explores confidence, leadership presence, workplace politics, ambition, identity, emotional intelligence, career transition, executive communication, burnout, belonging and the sometimes delicate art of being both professionally effective and personally authentic.
This is not networking in the “exchange business cards and pretend we read each other’s LinkedIn posts” sense. It is a professional growth space for people who want better conversations about leadership, visibility, power, success and self-trust.
For gay and LGBTQIA+ professionals ready to lead with more clarity, confidence and humanity.
