Service Description

In this colour circles session, we will explore how you choose to take care of yourself, as we digest a range of healthy habits to help build a framework of growth and support in your life… What is the Colour Circles model? Colour Circles provide a space to explore creative expression with others. We offer opportunities to relate to others in a safe therapeutic space, and the potential to gain insight into how our thoughts, dynamics, and ways of relating play out with others’ insights shared. What is the medium used? In this session we shall work from a clay play engagement, so come prepared to get your hands dirty! Note: All resources and materials, plus tea and coffee are included in the price.
