Service Description
In this colour circles session, we will focus on your strengths and build an understanding of how others perceive us. We’ll explore ways to free ourselves from self-talk pressure by stepping back to reflect on our lives in perspective. We will talk about celebrating ourselves and doing more of things we enjoy to connect more with our authentic self… What is the Colour Circles model? Colour Circles provides a space to explore creative expression with others. We offer opportunities to relate to others in a safe therapeutic space, and the potential to gain insight into how our thoughts, dynamics, and ways of relating play out with others’ insights shared. What is the medium used? In this session we shall work from a clay play engagement, so come prepared to get your hands dirty! Note: All resources and materials, plus tea and coffee are included in the price.
