From time-to-time I am asked to give keynote addresses or after dinner speaking. I like this work as it gives me a chance to preach my point of view. I think not, my experience working with teams all around the world has taught me… Making Teams Work When I reflect back on my uni days I remember first day of a new lecture, a sense of excitement about what we might learn throughout the term and then the lecturer makes the dreaded announcement – we will be doing three group assignments this term that account for 60% of your credit.
